Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Design Auto website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

User Responsibilities

You are authorized to use Design Auto solely for viewing available vehicles, asking questions about vehicles, and interacting with dealerships. You must not use the website for any prohibited behavior, including the use of profanity or other offensive language.

Transactions

While Design Auto facilitates the display and inquiry of vehicles, all financial transactions related to dealership payments are processed through Stripe. Design Auto is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.

Intellectual Property Rights

All logos and trademarks displayed on the website related to vehicle manufacturers and dealerships are owned by their respective owners. All content and trademarks of Design Auto are the property of Design Auto.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact [email protected] with a detailed synopsis of the issue. Design Auto reserves the right to determine the resolution of disputes at its sole discretion.

Termination and Suspension

Design Auto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We operate a 3-strike policy, where two warnings will be issued via email before your account is deactivated on the third offense.

Limitation of Liability

Design Auto is not liable for the actions of any user on the platform. Any issues arising between users that do not directly affect the operations of Design Auto must be resolved externally.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes that require legal action shall be addressed in the competent courts of Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the date at the top of this document and, when feasible, through other communications.
